Where does my listing actually go live?
On your own eBay account. Kolva Seller drafts the listing and publishes it via eBay’s official Sell APIs after you click Publish. The listing, the seller fees, the buyer messages, and the payouts all stay with you — we never act as the seller.
How good is the price the AI suggests?
Today we build the price band from active eBay listings — fine for common items, weaker for rare or discontinued SKUs. Our Marketplace Insights access (real 90-day sold prices) is in review with eBay and will replace the active-listing fallback for hard-to-price items. You always see the band before publishing and can override it.
Can I edit the draft before publishing?
Yes — every field. Title, description, category, item specifics, condition, price, postage. Most users tweak one or two things; some rewrite the whole title. Your edits feed back into the model so it gets sharper on the items you sell.
Do I have to link my eBay account?
Yes — Kolva Seller publishes through your eBay account using OAuth, the same way eBay’s own seller apps do. We store an encrypted refresh token only, never your password. Disconnect any time in Settings.
What if the AI gets the category or item specifics wrong?
You can change anything before publishing in one click. Underneath, we resolve the category via eBay’s Taxonomy API, so the suggestion is always one of eBay’s real leaf categories, not a guess. Wrong category usually means the photo was ambiguous — a clearer photo fixes it.
